Selectman Vacancy

Unfortunately, Bernie resigned due to health issues creating a vacancy.  We will be having a special town meeting and vote in the near future.  Unfortunately, there isn't enough time to have the vote at the same time as the school budget and state referendum.

Chickadee Plates

The town office can start sending back chickadee plates for anyone who doesn't want to store them or hang them on a wall.  I will need to let the BMV know how many will be sent back by June 11.  Please bring your chickadee plates into the office if you want to dispose of them.  Thank you

Primary Election on June 9, 2026

Absentee Ballot Applications are now available! for the primary which will be held on June 9, 2026.  There will be a School Budget vote on SAD#31 will be the same day.

Treasurer Needed

The treasurer, Barb, has given "Notice of Intent" to resign.  She is waiting to train the right person for the position of Treasurer and Deputy Clerk.  If you or someone you know is interested, please come to the office to discuss the position.  Barb is coming in at 5:30 on Tuesday's and Thursdays after her other job.
